  • Can I get a custom item made?
    Love a certain pattern? Wish the Mammoth beanie was made in a mustard colourway? Send us an email with your ideas and we'll run it up the ladder!
  • When will the item I want be back in stock?
    We aim to have all items back in stock within 2 weeks. Keep an eye out, or subscribe to be kept in the loop about all product retock, colour updates and more! Best part is we promise to never send more than 3 emails a month!
  • Can I purchase items for wholesale in my store?
    Absolutely! Flick us an email with your deets and we'll respond within 24 hours!
  • Do you sell beanies for men?
    We sell beanies to anyone that wants them! At this stage we only list for women and childen, but we are more than happy to make one up for that special guy in your life; just flick us the details and we'll get back to you within 24 hours1
  • What do I do if I received a defective order?
    We take great care in the packaging of our products, but if you do receive a defective product, please email us at alpineknitco@gmail.com with your order number for a return form, and after assessing the return product a new item will be shipped straight away. If by chance we should be out of stock of your product you will receive store credit for equal value.
  • How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered here?
    The most easiest and effecient way to contact is is through email (alpineknitco@gmail.com), where we aim to reply back within 24 hours.
